Return and Refund Policy

We will accept a return of any new unused product, providing the packaging hasn’t been damaged or the product hasn’t been fitted or used. The item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. With the exception of inner tubes that are non refundable.

Used or refurbished bikes are not refundable but may be taken back as part exchange on another bike or product.
