When your bike has been repaired you will be sent a message. It is the customer’s responsibility to leave a clear contact number or email address. You must collect your bike within 7 days.
If your bike hasn’t been collected or a later collection date agree, your bike will be removed from the shop and put in storage at a cost of £10 per week.
your bike will be disposed of when the cost of storage and service work exceeds the value of your bike.
*Prices are excluding any parts, seal kits and fluids used.
A clean bike is much easier to inspect. If your bike is muddy please hose it off before bringing it to Woking Cycles for repairs or inspection. You may be charged a cleaning fee or your bike rejected until it is cleaned.
